If you recently updated Adobe Flash Player to version 10.1 and now when you run HP Solution Center you get an installer prompt with the message:

“The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the ‘SolutionCenter’ disk and click OK.”

This is happening because an older version (12 I believe) of HP Solution Center is not compatible with Flash 10.x. Version 12 of Solution Center was installed with Flash version 9. So after updating Flash to version 10.x, Solution Center keeps looking for Flash version 9.x, and then throws a fit.

Fortunately HP provided a patch to upgrade Solution Center to version 13. Download and run this installer, and Solution Center will be upgraded to version 13. Your computer will need to restart to complete the installation.
